Terms & Conditions

01.

Payments, Pricing, & Deposits

  • Client agrees to pay DelaWro Marketing and Consulting 100% of the total project cost before any services are provided unless stated otherwise by DelaWro Marketing and Consulting. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by DelaWro Marketing and Consulting.

  • If the client pays a non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance is due immediately after final design approval. If the client does not pay the remaining balance immediately after design approval, DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will send one reminder email and if the balance is still not paid, the project will be canceled, the client will be blocked and banned from our website, and final files will not be sent. 

  • All Social Media Branding packages have a 3 month/ 12 week minimum commitment and is to be paid each month in full BEFORE service begins. After the 3 month period, payments are on recurring billing until cancelled online manually or by emailing DelaWro Marketing and Consulting at info@delawromc.com. Please see Section 6. Refunds & Cancellations for details about not fulfilling the commitment.

  • All payments are submitted through www.delawromc.com or invoice using secured payment processors ONLY!!

  • All Custom Quotes are valid for 21 days, after 21 days your quote expires with no exceptions.

02.

Project Process & Turnaround Time

  • After purchasing a service, you will receive an email from INFO@DELAWROMC.COM with a questionnaire and design contract immediately after purchasing. Turnaround time starts when all information/photos are submitted.

  • The Client is responsible for providing all information requested for the project in a timely manner. You are expected to provide any items requested in order to complete your project, for example, Copywriting: (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustration, social media handles, and logins, video, and etc.

  • Once the design process starts, the client will receive updates via email. Drafts or previews will be sent in the allotted turnaround time.

  • The revision process will start when project drafts are sent for approval.

  • This is the last step. After the final payment is made (if a non-refundable deposit is made), DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will send prints (if prints were included/purchased), the website will be transferred, & final files will be delivered.

  • All services are to be delivered no later than 7-10 business days after the requested information is received in full unless determined by DelaWro Marketing and Consulting.

  • ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

Disclaimer

  • Professional & High-quality photos, HEX codes, & a clear vision for your branding are required. If you are unable to provide this your order will be canceled or the client inquiry will not be approved.

  • Freestyling is no longer an option. Please refrain from using the words "pop", "fun", etc. With a clear and precise description, we can execute your vision correctly.

  • Please have photography, content, copy, and vision ready before purchasing and provided within 7 business days after the form has been sent.

04.

Revision Policy

  • All drafts are based on a questionnaire completed by the client and the consultation call and will be sent through email.

  • DelaWro Marketing and Consulting has a three-free revision limit per project.

  • All revisions have a 2-5 day business day hold.

  • If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will charge $33 per additional revision.

  • Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design, as design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $33 revision fee.

  • Any drafts are DelaWro Marketing and Consulting property and must not be used or posted in any way. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

05.

Client Communication/Ghosting Agreement

  •  All communication between DelaWro Marketing and Consulting and Client must be done via Email or Text Message. 

  • All Emails/Messages are responded to within a 48-72 hour time frame during business hours. However, response times may be extended during peak times.

  • All questionnaires must be completed within 7 business days after being sent. If not, Order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

  • Client has up to 7 business days to provide proper feedback (revisions) after each draft is sent. If the client fails to respond in time, the order will be closed and the client will send the final files as-is. If the client would like to resume with revisions, there will be a $50 inconvenience fee requested via invoice, and the turnaround time will restart.

  • If work is purchased and the client “disappears” after 21 days of no show, no call, and no response; you will receive two reminder emails and a courtesy text message to whichever phone number is used during checkout. If DelaWro Marketing and Consulting still receives no response, your project(s) will be deemed as forfeited and no refund will be provided. If the Client would like to continue after the project has been forfeited, a restart fee of $100 will be charged and the project turnaround time restarts completely.  

  • Professionalism and respect are essential on both sides of the business. DelaWro Marketing and Consulting strives to treat every client with respect and great professionalism. If at any time a client becomes disrespectful and intolerable, DelaWro Marketing and Consulting has every right to cancel any open project, refund any payments, and refuse the right to use any work sent prior.

06.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • DelaWro Marketing and Consulting does not provide any refunds for any services.

  • All Payments are Non-Refundable!

  • Order will be canceled immediately if the client posts drafts to social media or send drafts to anyone. Posting or sharing drafts will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

  • If billing for Social Media Branding packages is cancelled prior to the 3 month/12 week commitment, DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will immediately cancel all in progress orders for the client and will not accept any new orders until payment for the commitment is met. Due to the breach, there will be no refund for deposits.

  • If billing for Retainer/ Corporate packages is cancelled prior to the commitment length, the buyout option will apply and DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will immediately pause or cancel all in progress orders for the client and will not accept any new orders until payment for the commitment is met. Due to the breach, there will be no refund for deposits.

07.

Transfer of Rights & Property

  • Once final approval is given and final payment is made, all files and sites will be transferred to the Client.

  • Once final work is sent, the client has free reign as to what to do with their product. They must, however, under no circumstances sell the graphics to a third party.

  • DelaWro Marketing and Consulting has the right to post and display any project completed on social media, marketing materials, or other platforms.

08.

Final Files Format

  • All files are transferred via a .zip file sent through email.

  • All logo files are sent through .svg, .pdf, .png, and .jpg format. .AI or .eps files are sent out when requested.

  • All Content Kits and Flyers are sent through .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format.

  • Please remember all final files must be downloaded/exported for great quality. REFRAIN FROM SCREENSHOTTING/SCREEN RECORDING ANY PROJECTS!

  • Once the final project is complete and approved, the design process will come to an end. Please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design.

  • If there is an error on DelaWro Marketing and Consulting’s end (spelling, missing info, etc.), DelaWro Marketing and Consulting will fix it free of charge. However, design changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $33 revision fee

09.

Hours of Operation

  • DelaWro Marketing and Consulting's hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm PST, Friday's are by appointment only (send appointment request to info@delawromc.com) and are not included in turnaround time. All emails will be responded to during these hours only.

  • DelaWro Marketing and Consulting is closed on all holidays & observed.
